SHIPPING POLICY

We use a variety of courier services and you will be charged differently depending on the product and your location. We always recommend that you put your business address as your delivery address to ensure successful delivery.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

A variety of couriers will be used for shipping within Australia, if something is coming from overseas, we will use FedEx, UPS or DHL courier services. We ship from Australia, we ship same day if ordered before 2pm (Victoria time).

SHIPPING TIMING

We ensure that any products currently in stock, will be sent out before 2pm from when processing the order. An automated email will be sent to you shortly after, to confirm your order with us. We typically expect a 1-5 business day turnaround on shipping times, this is however subject to change.
